Originally born and raised in the Netherlands, Saskia Loukarea first set foot on Greek soil 20 years ago. She instantly fell in love with the country and the people and decided to study Greek Language & History at the University of Amsterdam. After earning her MA degree, she realized her dream. She moved to Greece, married a descendant of the Olympian Gods, and graduated from The School of Tourist Guides in Athens so as to qualify for what she enjoys most: initiating guests into the history of the country and providing them with tips on the area she has lived in for almost two decades... like a real insider.
